      Introducing the 1242 Top Locking Concealment Shelf, a top-of-the-line storage solution that combines style and security. With a foam-lined secret compartment that measures 12 inches deep and 42 inches wide, you'll have plenty of space to store your firearms, jewelry, or other valuables.

      The installation process is a breeze. You can hang the shelf just like any common shelf, and accessing the secret compartment is simple - just use the supplied keys at the two locations on the shelf top. The bottom half of the shelf opens smoothly with the help of a pneumatic strut, making it easy to retrieve your items.

      For even more convenience, the optional LED lights illuminate when motion is detected. And if you need to store additional firearms, check out our Hide-a-mag product.

      Customizing the medium density polyurethane foam insert is a snap. Cut the foam to your desired shape, peel the self-adhesive backing, and attach it to the compartment bottom. The foam will securely hold everything in place.

      This shelf is manufactured in the United States, using only the finest furniture-grade 9-ply birch plywood and solid hardwoods. There's no fiberboard, OSB, or cheap wood used in this product. The shelf arrives fully assembled and ready to install, complete with two shelf brackets for added support and stability.
